Here is who we are: Green Renewable Energy Designs Solutions (GREDS) Will work with you to design energy efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for your Commercial or residential building. We design solutions that are sustainable (last long with lower impact to the environment) which helps to save money, earn incentives (rebates) while lowering energy, water and green house gases (GHG). GREDS will also hhelp our clients with building upgrades, retrofits and construction compliance rules, which assures that newly designed solution,s meet the City building codes and OSHA safety regulations. Our approach to environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, renewable energy and green design, allows us to apply the latest tools, technology and analytics. We produce environmentally sound, and aesthetically pleasing projects which are sustainable, revenue generating (SRECs) for Solar installs, and incentives from Local, State and Federal programs. Clients can also gain rebates and incentives from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer's) when purchasing HVAC and other equipment. Commercial projects yields different results and outcomes which we be reflected within the Scope Of Work. This distinction is made clear during our initial meeting and assessment of the building(s). Carbon Emissions -Cap-N-Trade
We have spent the last 3.5 years working in different corporate Environments, building green, energy efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable business units within commercial and multi-unit residential facilities and buildings. Most building owners are not aware, but Carbon Accounting or Cap-n-Trade willbe enforced by The Government somewhere between 2016-2020 and it will be mandatory not voluntary for all buildings over 50,000 sq ft to be at least 30% energy efficient. Our Work Product and Methodology
We work with each client to discuss outcomes and scenarios to set expectations for the final project deliver ables. We suggest outcomes in the the proposal and Scope Of Work if we are elected for the project. The final project design differs for commercial or residential projects as no two projects are alike and projects are not "cookie cluttered" and outcomes are not comparable.
